Our commitment to high quality fruit is the foundation of our winery product. Our orchards rise out of the Black Dirt of the Warwick Valley. We are lucky to have views of the fertile valley and the twin mountains - Mount Adam and Eve.
The post and beam Tasting Room was renovated from an old horse barn overlooking a goose pond and the orchards. During the cooler months we fire up our wood burning stove, mull some wine and offer hot chocolate served at the copper topped tasting bar.
Wines include red and white grape derived and apple and pear wines prepared from our own fruit as well as our three-time award winning Doc's Draft Hard Apple Ciders in three flavors. The tasting room stocks jams, preserves and fruit spreads, gift baskets and select dry goods. During the warm months our bakery produces a selection of fruit pies, turnovers and cakes. The chefs are CIA Graduates.
Come stroll the grounds during apple blossom season and harvest the fruits during pick-your-own in the fall. Then relax on the brick terrace outside the winery.
